[b]Jutsu Name:[/b] This is the name of the jutsu in its English translation. Please do not use Japanese or Romaji names because generally more people will recognize the jutsu if you use a language everyone on this site understands.
[b]Element:[/b] List the element that the jutsu is able to control. Some jutsu such as the Academy jutsu or Taijutsu may not have an element. In this case, just write "None".
[b]Rank:[/b] List the letter rank of the jutsu according to which rank of ninja is able to use the jutsu. For example, if an Academy Student can use the jutsu, it would be E-Rank, Genin would be D-Rank, Chunin would be C-Rank, etc.
[b]Type:[/b] A jutsu can be classified as: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu; or as any of the subcategories: Puppetry, Kenjutsu, Weaponry, Fuinjutsu, or Medical. Select the category which obtains to the jutsu.
[b]Requirements:[/b] These are conditions that must be met in order for someone to learn this jutsu. Requirements do not have to be specified, but high level jutsu will not be approved without requirements. Some examples that can be used are attribute, element, rank, or clan. However lower level jutsu may not have any requirements specified, and you can just write "None."
[b]Chakra Cost:[/b] This is the amount of chakra needed to perform the jutsu and is decided by the moderator approving your application. The chakra cost will be relative to the technique's rank.
[b]Description:[/b] Provide a fairly detailed paragraph that describes what the user of a jutsu does while preparing or executing this jutsu. More than just one sentence is needed for this section so that the events of the jutsu are clearly defined. Also If the jutsu can be dispelled, countered, dodged, or broken it can be stated here. Most jutsu will have at least one downside to them to make them fair and balanced.
