[u][b]Clan Name:[/b][/u] This is the name of your clan. Again, please try to make this sound Japanese if possible. You may create both canon clans or your own original clan, but if it is an already existing clan in the world of Naruto, please make sure that you follow similarly with the actual information. Use an information site if you have to.
[u][b]Element:[/b][/u] This is the primary element of the clan. This shows which element the clan-specific jutsu are based on. When creating your character, you do not necessarily have to have this element as your primary one, but you may if you desire. The available elements are: fire, water, wind, earth and lightning.
[u][b]Clan Leader:[/b][/u] Select the leader of the clan you have created. It is not advised you make yourself a leader since you will start out as an Academy Student and a ninja of that rank would not be made the leader of a clan. So instead if you are making your own original clan or cannot find the leader of an existing clan, just make one up. You will be able to take this position once you become at least a Jonin rank.

[u][b]Distinguishing Characteristics:[/b][/u] This is the section where you will list any type of symbols that are unique to the clan or just any types of unique trait about the clan, such as clothing. for example, the Uchiha clan has a symbol of a red and white fan. Also all Aburame clan members wear hooded jackets. You do not have to list many, but give a general idea so that your clan is unique and so that others who wish to join your clan can have an idea when they create their character's appearance.
 
[u][b]Kekkei Genkai Name:[/b][/u] List the name of your kekkei genkai. Please try to keep the limit to one kekkei genkai per clan, so that all clans are fair and balanced.
[u][b]Kekkei Genkai Traits:[/b][/u] Please provide about two to three paragraph's length (5-7 sentences per paragraph) to describe the traits of your clan's kekkei genkai. To ensure that your clan will be accepted, please be as specific and precise as possible. Explain how one receives the kekkei genkai and what types of abilities it grants to the user. Also list any drawbacks, if any.

[u][b]Clan History:[/b][/u] Next please provide at least two paragraphs, although more is appreciated, to clarify the background history of your clan. This is how your clan came to be formed, how the leader of the clan received his/her position, and other important information that leads up to present day.

[u][b]Clan-Specific Jutsu:[/b][/u] Finally, list the jutsu specific to your clan using the following jutsu template. Note that members of your clan will not automatically know all of these jutsu, however the members may use this section as a guideline when deciding which kind of jutsu they want to work on learning.
