Appearance: Tanned skin, she has a well toned body and is slim and muscular. She has white hair with a silver tint, that is curly and short. Her eyes are a honey colour. Her clothing has an indian-style look. She always has a necklace with a bell attached.

Personality: Loud, Energetic, Cocky, Quick Thinking, Loves to be and see other people in pain.

History: She was kicked out of her house at a very early age, (5 years old) when they found out that she could feel no pain and could control her blood. She was taken in my a group of ninja called the Akatsuki and was trained. She only knew her first name. Chi. So the group gave her a last name. Buki. The group was the only family she ever had so she is loyal to them and them only. She never knew what village she was from so she refuses to wear a ninja head band. When she was 16 she was given a spot in the Akatsuki.

Description: Using the evaporated droplets of water in the air, a user of this technique can create a dense mist that can impair the vision of all battlers by transmitting his chakra into the air and condensing it. The user can maintain a constant fog by controlling his chakra levels, or dispel it by cutting off the chakra flowing into the air. In addition, a user may also vary the thickness of the fog from a light mist that only slightly decreases visibility or an incredibly dense layer of fog that can even disallow the user to see through. A member of the Hyuga clan can use a Byakugan to see through the fog created from this technique, however a Sharingan is incapable of the ability to find a user within the mist, because the user's chakra is spread evenly into the air.

Description: The Water Clone Jutsu creates multiple replicas of the user through using any kind of water in the surrounding area. The clones created with this technique are similar to an average clone, however because they are made from water, a tangible substance, they are granted the ability to interact with the environment and attack much like a real ninja. The water clones will still dispel upon taking damage and melt back into a puddle of water, and the strength of each clone is only one-tenth of the user's. In addition the replicas cannot stray far from the user's position or he will lose control of the technique and the clones will revert back into a watery state.

Special Effects: Her blood acts as a shield. She can give more powerful blows. It can be attached to any part of her body at will (feet and hands mostly). It can cover her body if she wills it to but it takes a lot of blood to do so, she only uses the full body form for last resorts. It can't be broken, but her face is never covered. But she must cut herself to use the power. She can also seal up wounds with her own blood so she is a good medic ninja.
